General Entry Requirements

These requirements are mandatory for all applicants:

  • Complete university and college official transcripts for all years of study.
  • University or college credential (degree, diploma or certificate).
  • Certified copy of Birth Certificate
  • Academic records that are in a language other than English must include an official/certified English translation.
  • ESTAM reserves the right to verify submitted transcripts at any time. For courses and credentials earned inside any of the West African countries, ESTAM reserves the right to request original transcripts be sent directly to ESTAM from the issuing institution. Applicants will be informed by email if this is needed.
Transfer Students Requirements

If you are transferring from another institution to pursue a Master's degree with us, please follow these additional steps:

  • Provide official transcripts from your previous school as well as your degree certificate.
  • Submit a statement of purpose detailing your academic and professional goals.
  • Arrange for any necessary English translations of your academic records if they are in a language other than English.
  • Our admissions team may request original transcripts to be sent directly from your previous institution for verification.
